Now welcoming membership for local chapter!
The Illowa chapter of the National Weather Association and the National Weather Association are organizations open to all people with an interest in meteorology. There are no requirements for membership in our local chapter or in the national organization. Current local chapter members include broadcasters, National Weather Service meteorologists, teachers, SkyWarn spotters, emergency managers and weather enthusiasts. Our local chapter meets six or seven times a year and meetings are moved to different locations for each meeting. We hope you will join us at a meeting soon!
